Induced caspase polypeptide is also disclosed, as well as a method for modifying cell therapy in a subject who needs it, including introducing the above-mentioned cell to the subject. The invention also relates to a method for the treatment of a disease or disorder in a subject, providing the introduction of the above-mentioned polynucleotide to the subject.
