SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transposon for transposition of heterologous polynucleotide, as well as to eukaryotic cell for expression of heterologous polynucleotide. Also disclosed is a method for integrating a transposon into a eukaryotic cell, which involves introducing into the cell a transposon containing a left end of the transposon and a right end of the transposon flanking a heterologous polynucleotide.
EFFECT: invention is effective for polypeptide expression.
