FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cryogenic equipment, namely: to units of complex air purification and drying, and can be used in air separation plants and gas charging facilities. Complex air cleaning unit contains an inlet pipeline, two adsorbers with inlet and outlet pipelines filled with an adsorbent and connected to each other by a system of pipelines. It contains valves with control system providing switching of adsorbers from cleaning mode to regeneration mode, and regeneration unit. Complex air cleaning unit additionally contains a throttle with a pipeline for supply of cleaned air to the regenerated adsorber, a compressor, a high-pressure receiver. Housing of each adsorber is made up of several self-contained isolated parts forming a block with adsorbent. In the first layer there is a KACO zeolite for cleaning air from moisture. In the second layer there is a NaX zeolite for cleaning air from hydrocarbons, organic, sulphurous, nitrogenous, acidic compounds and halogen-substituted hydrocarbons. In the third layer there is a zeolite NaA for cleaning air from components of industrial gases, the critical size of molecules of which does not exceed 4Å, namely from CH4, C2, C3H6, CO2, CS2, H2S, CH3OH. Said parts are made and installed in series in the unit with possibility of independent replacement of each part and are tightly connected to each other by means of flange connections.

EFFECT: invention provides high operational characteristics of the unit, in particular, due to filling its adsorbers with zeolites of different grades with different adsorption properties to ensure the required air purification from impurities such as carbon dioxide, acetylene, water vapor, etc.
