FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cryogenic equipment, namely: to units of complex air purification and drying, and can be used in air separation plants and gas charging facilities. Complex air cleaning unit contains inlet pipelines for supply of cleaned air and waste flow, two adsorbers with inlet and outlet pipelines filled with adsorbent and connected to each other by a system of pipelines. Besides, it comprises valves with control system to switch adsorbers from cleaning mode to regeneration mode and back, and regeneration unit. Housing of each adsorber is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with profiled flanges with branch pipes installed at both ends of the housing for supply and removal of cleaned air. It contains throttle with pipeline for supply of cleaned air to regenerated adsorber, compressor, high pressure receiver. In the housing of each adsorber a coil is installed, which is a bent pipeline in the form of a spiral for supply of cooled gases of a waste stream, namely nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop a design of adsorbers of a complex air purification unit, having high operational characteristics, in particular, installation of heat-conducting equipment (coil) inside each adsorber, for heat removal and maintenance of constant optimum temperature of zeolite, which will provide the required degree of air purification from impurities, such as carbon dioxide, acetylene, water vapour, and so forth.
