SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for treatment of uveitis. In order to prevent or treat uveitis, a compound by the formula I is applied, wherein A constitutes 
, each of Xa and Xb independently constitute CH, each of L1 and L2 independently constitute hydrogen or halogen, Q constitutes C(=O), Y is selected from the following group: 
, M constitutes C, N or O, wherein, if M constitutes C, l and m equal 1; if M constitutes N, l equals 1 and m equals 0; and if M constitutes O, l and m equal 0, each of Ra1 and Ra2 independently constitute hydrogen; -C1-4 straight or branched unsubstituted alkyl, or halogen; n constitute an integer equal to 0, 1 or 2, Rb constitutes hydrogen, Z is selected from the following groups: 
, each of Pa and Pb independently constitute hydrogen; -C1-4 straight or branched alkyl, wherein alkyl is unsubstituted or at least one hydrogen atom is substituted with halogen; halogen; or -CF3; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The invention also describes a method for treatment of uveitis, including introduction of a therapeutically effective amount of the compound by the formula I and an application of the compound by the formula I for producing a medicinal product for treating uveitis.
EFFECT: application of a compound by the formula I, exhibiting an excellent effect of preventing or treating uveitis, is provided.
