SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for cooling rooms for various purposes using gases. The apparatus for indoor cooling consists of a sealed sublimation container equipped with a door, a pressure gauge, and a valve, as well as a main pipe, an outlet pipe, and heat exchangers. The valve is equipped with an adapter. A diaphragm is installed on the outlet pipe. The sublimation container, the valve, the adapter, the main pipe, the heat exchangers, the outlet pipe with the diaphragm are connected in series. Carbon dioxide is sublimated in the sealed container. The sublimated gaseous carbon dioxide increased in volume at a temperature of -78.4°C is released from the container through the valve and the adapter into the main pipe, then passed through one or several heat exchangers, the outlet pipe, and then released outside the apparatus and the room.

EFFECT: expanded possibilities of using carbon dioxide for cooling facilities for various purposes.
