SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to obtainment of nucleic acid libraries. A method for obtainment of a nucleic acid library includes obtainment of a set of single-stranded nucleic acids or a set of double-stranded nucleic acids with subsequent denaturation of the latter to obtain the set of single-stranded nucleic acids, and ligation of the first and the second adapters.
EFFECT: implementation of the group of inventions allows for simultaneous fragmentation of a genome and ligation of adapters to fragments, thereby simplifying obtainment of a nucleic acid library.
