FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for electric arc welding of low-carbon structural steels. Powder wire comprises envelopment from low-carbon steel and fusion mixture. Fusion mixture contains the following components, in wt %: cinder 52.5-73.1; aluminium powder 17.5-24.4; ferrosilicon 0.4-10; ferromanganese 2-15 mm, graphite 0.1-4. Factor of wire filling with fusion mixture makes 30-50%.
EFFECT: power saving in producing weld seam with chemical composition identical to matrix metal.
