FIELD: working of metal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling manufacture and can be used in manufacture of a cold-rolled tape. The method for manufacturing a cold-rolled tape from a precision alloy 14H6N4GDMT with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm includes cold rolling, annealing, longitudinal cutting, wherein rolling is performed in several reductions with intermediate annealing. The alloy is smelted in a vacuum induction furnace, forged into a sheet billet, machined, hot-rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 3.4 mm, heat-treated, etched, cut, welded and cold-rolled in 4 to 5 passes with a total relative reduction in the range of 85 to 96%. The tape is heat treated between the cold deformation operations.
EFFECT: increased strength properties.
