FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to operative surgery. A monopolar loop of a hysteroresectoscope is used to perform a transverse incision of the subendometrial layer of the myometrium in the area of the bottom of the uterine cavity between the orifices of the fallopian tubes. Sections of fibrous myometrium in the area of uterine fundus are excised to depth of 4-6 mm with length of 25-30 mm in a transverse direction. That is followed by a longitudinal excision of the subendometrial layer of fibrous myometrium within the lateral walls of the uterus from the mouth of the fallopian tubes on both sides to the internal orifice, 30-35 mm long, 4-5 mm deep, 6-8 mm wide.

EFFECT: method allows to restore reproductive function in patients with congenital or acquired narrowing (intrauterine synechiae) of uterine cavity.
