FIELD: medical products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical products intended for blood separation and, in particular, to devices for obtaining platelet-rich whole blood. The substance of the tube for obtaining platelet-rich plasma is that the tube is made of a transparent polymer, consists of three interconnected parts - the upper cylindrical part with a lid, smoothly forming the shape of an hourglass, passing through a narrow isthmus into the lower cylindrical part. The lid is equipped with a seal, a hole at the end and is fixed to the test tube by means of a thread. The lower part of the test tube is installed in the base, connected to it by a threaded connection, the tightness of which is provided by a seal. The test tube is vacuum, contains an anticoagulant solution.
EFFECT: exclusion of contact of blood with air, which reduces the risk of contamination by airborne infection.
