SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermosetting composites and concerns a method for the joint connection of the first thermosetting composite (TSC) and the second thermosetting composite with the formation of a cured composite part. The method includes partial curing of the first thermosetting composite to a predetermined curing state (CS) with the formation of the first partially cured thermosetting composite. Partial curing is based at least in part on the maximum temperature of the first thermosetting composite during partial curing and on the elapsed time during which the actual temperature of the first thermosetting composite exceeds the threshold temperature. The method also includes combining the first partially cured thermosetting composite with the second thermosetting composite with the formation of a partially cured thermosetting composite assembly and heating the partially cured thermosetting composite assembly to connect the first partially cured thermosetting composite with the second thermosetting composite, cure the partially cured thermosetting composite assembly and obtain a cured composite part.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of the technology for manufacturing a composite part from thermosetting composites.
