FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sectional machines, in particular to the clamping device of a sectional machine. The device contains: the main frame and a retaining clip located on the main frame. Moreover, the main frame is equipped with a drive mechanism connected to a holding clamp, while the drive mechanism contains a drive unit, a lever assembly, a drive unit and a guide unit, the main frame is made with a receiving groove, and the drive unit is inserted with the possibility of sliding into the receiving groove. The lever assembly is located on the drive unit, and the lever assembly is connected to the clamping lever of the retaining clamp. The drive unit is located on the main frame and is connected to the drive unit. The guide assembly is located on the main frame and connected to the drive unit, while the guide assembly contains the first guide rod and the second guide rod, where the first guide rod is mounted on the main frame, the drive unit is made with the first guide hole for the first guide rod to pass through it, and the second guide rod is connected to the drive unit, the main frame is made with the second guide hole for the second guide rod to pass through it, and the second guide hole is connected to the receiving groove. Moreover, the drive unit contains a cylinder and a drive rod, the cylindrical cylinder block is located on the main frame, the drive rod is located on the piston rod of the cylinder and connected to the drive unit, while the cylinder is equipped with a third locking unit connected to the main frame, the third locking unit contains a third locking unit and a fourth bolt, where the third locking unit is made with a fifth through hole, and the main frame is made with a fourth threaded hole, in this case, the fourth bolt passes through the fifth through hole and is in a threaded connection with the fourth threaded hole, and the first guide rod is located on the third locking block.
EFFECT: development of a clamping device for sectional machines that improves the clamping of the press mold.
