SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the invention represents a method of provoking isolation of the Pasteurellum from rabbit bacterial carriers, wherein the rabbits are exposed to additional immunosuppression with cyclosporine, which is applied orally in dose of 10 mg per kilogram of live weight once a day for seven days. 24 hours after the last introduction of the preparation, the rabbits are euthanized and autopsy. Pasteurella multocida is isolated from the lungs.
EFFECT: use of additional immunosuppression of cyclosporine leads to higher frequency of Pasteurella multocida (8 times) as compared to the classical method of provocation.
