The method for dynamically distributing performance when processing fractal real-time traffic in systems with guaranteed service is that the fractal maximum surge for each input stream is determined based on the "marker bucket" model, taking into account the current Hurst exponent; determining the current maximum burst as the largest value between the size of the last received packet and the fractal maximum burst; determining the required number of servicing devices for each stream based on the fractal maximum burst and the current burst; transmit packets that have received a repeated denial of service to the fractal analysis unit of real information traffic into the stream with the lowest Hurst exponent, for subsequent recalculation of the number of required handlers and guaranteed service.

EFFECT: guaranteed service of a pulsating fractal stream of real time and complete elimination of denials of service due to the busyness of processing devices due to double feedback in the after-service scheme.
