In the real time, calculating the optimal values of the router parameters responsible for ensuring the quality of service, allocated processor time and the buffer size, on the basis of self-similar telecommunication traffic service models, after the fractality measure analyzing and the indicators real values determining using the simulation modeling.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the telecommunications traffic quality of service by determining the serving device queues optimal parameters, traffic profile and the queue actual size for the future use using the mathematical and simulation.
