The substance of the invention consists in the fact that the shimming iron element consists of a stack of shimming plates, wherein at least two of the shimming plates comprise slots, wherein the slots form a corresponding pattern of slots of the shimming plates with slots, and wherein the patterns of slots, when viewed in the same direction, consist of at least two different patterns of slots incapable of being brought into a congruent (matching) overlap with each other.
EFFECT: provided possibility of creating a shimming iron element not heating up to high temperatures due to eddy currents.
