SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for reducing the level of vibrations. The reduction of the vibration level of the protected structure in the local area is ensured by the removal of vibration energy from this area through the connecting element into the protected structure. The connecting element of the vibrating shunt connects the two zones and its attachments to the protected structure. The connecting element of the vibrating shunt is made in the form of a convex part placed with the formation of a gap between the convex part and the local area of the protected structure. The angle α between the tangent to the middle line of the connecting element with the protected structure and the tangent to the intersection line of the outer surface of the protected structure, with the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the connecting element of the vibrating shunt, is 80°>α>arctg S/S1, where S is the speed of the longitudinal elastic wave in the material of the protected structure, S1 is the speed of the transverse elastic wave in the material of the protected structure. The fixing zones and the structure of the connecting element of the vibrating shunt on the protected structure are located along the axis connecting the vibration source, the local area of the protected structure, and the width of the fixing zones and the connecting element of the vibrating shunt should not be less than the width of the local area of the protected structure. Fastening of the connecting element of the vibration shunt to the protected structure and in the fixing zones is performed by welding with total weld penetration.

EFFECT: local reduction of vibrations in pipeline structures protected from vibration.
