FIELD: drilling.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to drilling rigs and, in particular, to a sealed drilling rotor drive. The drilling rotor drive contains an upper plate and a lower plate interacting with the formation of a passage hole passing through both of them and adjacent to a gearbox crankcase, a liner adapter in the passage hole that restricts the passage of the liner adapter for receiving a liner made with the possibility of docking with a segment of a drill pipe providing rotation transfer to it, an annular bearing having an inner ring rigidly attached to the liner adapter, and forming a set of teeth along its perimeter, as well as an outer ring rigidly attached to the lower plate, and a set of locking grooves formed in the upper part of the liner adapter, while the gearbox crankcase receives output power from an engine to transfer rotation to the liner adapter through teeth on the annular bearing. The bearing is sealed to avoid impact on elements, thanks to the combination of the upper plate, the lower plate and the liner adapter surrounding it from all sides. The liner adapter contains an upper part that rotates at least partially above the upper plate, and a lower part that passes from the upper part down through the passage hole, and the upper part and the lower part are a single whole.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the strength and durability of drive parts.
