SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of chemical, food and other industries; it is intended for mixing bulk materials. A device for mixing bulk materials includes a container for bulk material made in the form of a glass in a rectangular cross-section plan consisting of a fixed horizontal bottom, fixed vertical walls rigidly attached to the bottom, two opposing movable rectangular walls installed with the possibility of reversible movement, and a drive kinematically connected to movable walls. Opposing movable rectangular walls are fixed on the horizontal bottom inside the container by lower sides with the possibility of rotation using fixed cylindrical hinges, axes of hinges are installed parallel to each other and perpendicular to inner planes of opposing fixed vertical parallel walls, movable rectangular walls are equipped with counterweights mounted under the horizontal bottom, on planes of movable rectangular walls facing each other, paired blades are fixed, inclined in plan to one side, and sides, mounted along the perimeter of upper and lateral sides of movable rectangular walls, a rectangular discharge flap is installed in a gap between cylindrical hinges.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the mixing process of a wide class of bulk materials by intensive longitudinal, transverse and vertical movement of layers of bulk materials, as well as reducing capital and energy costs for mixing.
