FIELD: radar technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar technology and radio communication technology based on radio photonics. The radio-photonic antenna array scanning device is based on a broadband optical signal source, multispectral demultiplexers and semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOA) used as programmable gain amplifiers and simultaneously as high-speed switches of optical delay lines.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in performance, a decrease in signal losses, dimensions and power consumption.
