FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering; it can be used to minimize electricity losses, sensor-less regulation of valve electric engines with permanent magnets, including for electric pumps of oil wells, as well as electric engines used in industry and urban economy. When switching to a vector control mode, a transition frequency is set. During the formation of voltage signals oriented by the position of an electric engine rotor, parameters of intermediate elements included in a communication line of the electric engine with a controlled power source are taken into account. Inductance, resistance and capacitance of elements included in the communication line, in particular a transformer, a sine filter, as well as a cable line, are determined. The specified parameters lead to values on one of sides of the transformer, after which they are summed up and attributed to equivalent parameters of a stator of the electric engine. Using a remote control tool, a set of parameters of the controlled electric engine and the communication line is changed, controlled and displayed in real-time operation of the electric engine. The specified set of parameters includes, at least, parameters of active, reactive current and engine speed, parameters of the inductance along the axes, the flow coupling of the rotor, the torque of the electric engine, when switching to the vector control mode at a given frequency.
EFFECT: minimization of the electricity loss, when implementing vector control of an engine with permanent magnets, caused by increasing the accuracy of regulation and expanding the range of controlled electric engines.
