FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a system for determining a glomerular filtration rate (hereinafter – GFR) of kidneys in a patient who needs it in a real time mode, the specified system contains a computing device, a display device communicatively connected to the specified computing device, a power source functionally connected to the specified computing device, at least one sensor head functionally connected to the patient’s skin and functionally connected to the specified computing device, and at least one indicator agent made with the possibility of emitting fluorescence under the influence of visible or ultraviolet light. The group of inventions also concerns a system for transdermal determination of GFR normalized by size of a patient’s body.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides determination of the glomerular filtration rate of kidneys in a patient in the real time mode.
