SUBSTANCE: communication method includes forming a set of messages for radio transmission from a communication device through corresponding cells of a set of network cells, while the specified messages are intended for assessing time delay values for the communication device; and forming a verifiable connection between the set of messages for transmitting to the network, while the formation of the specified verifiable connection includes forming a data block for transmitting to the network based on, at least partially, information identifying all cells, through which the specified set of messages is transmitted.

EFFECT: preventing potential determination by a base station system (BSS) of user equipment (UE) location using a connection installed by false UE.
