For this purpose, base station subsystem (2021) (BSS) configured to interact with mobile object location servicing center (SMLC) (2061), transmits (1202), to SMLC, location service-location determining message location request-portion of base station subsystem mobile service (BSSMAP-LE), including information element (266) (IE) indicating the least accurate synchronization of mobile station (204), wherein IE indicates the least accurate synchronization of the mobile station by using the multi-bit field indicating that the mobile station is able to support one of the plurality of given granularities of the symbol of the multi-latency.
