FIELD: mobile connection.
SUBSTANCE: method and a location node control a location request relating to a location estimate. Location determining unit determines information indicating a first set of cells used by the wireless communication device when setting response time delay values, and transmits to wireless communication device a location request, including information indicating the first set of cells used by wireless communication device when setting response time delay values. Wireless communication device determines a second set of cells based on information and performs a multilateration procedure using the second set of cells, thereby allowing the network to set the response signal delay time values for the second set of cells.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of cellular network performance.
