FIELD: acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the control of structural members by means of acoustic emission. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that a multichannel acoustic emission control system for structural elements of structures consists of N-channels, each of which contains a series-connected acoustic emission transducer installed on the control object in places of maximum voltage concentration, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a unit for calculating known acoustic emission criteria, an information display device; connected in parallel: a unit for calculating the invariants of time intervals of acoustic emission pulses and two units for calculating invariants of the number of acoustic emission pulses, the inputs of which are combined with the input of the unit for calculating known acoustic emission criteria, and the outputs are connected to the corresponding inputs of the information display device, while a series-connected control unit for the angle of installation of the acoustic emission transducer, an element for comparison of the set and actual angle of installation of the acoustic emission transducer, an adjustment for the angle of installation of the acoustic emission transducer, and a sensor for its angle of installation are installed on the acoustic emission transducer.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy of acoustic emission control and assessing the degree of danger of defects, taking into account the dynamically changing places of localization of the maximum stress concentration.
