In this case, the mass of the weakened or removed substance of the contact wire is obtained, after which the value of the obtained mass m* is compared with several predetermined thresholds m_j, where j is the level of danger of violation, taking values 0, 1,..., n. Wherein m_j<m*<m_j+1, then a decision is made about the hazard level j.
