SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and the production of antiviral vaccines. A method is described for the indirect determination of the concentration of rabies virus ribonucleoprotein in the raw material for the vaccine during the study of the maximum extremums of the graphs of the second derivative for the logistic curves of the amplification reaction in real time. Based on the calculated value of the maximum extremum of the graph of the second derivative for the accumulation curve of the fluorescent signal (Sc), the concentration of rabies virus ribonucleoprotein (SRNP RV) is determined using the developed mathematical model of the second degree of the form: SRNP RV = 0.0123 (Sc)2-0.0725 Sc +8.0129.
EFFECT: present invention makes it possible to quickly and with a high degree of reliability determine the concentration of rabies virus ribonucleoprotein in raw materials for rabies vaccine based on a combination of serological specific binding of rabies virus and molecular biological research, followed by the calculation of the values of the maximum extremums of the graphs of the second derivative for the accumulation curves of the fluorescent signal in real time and the calculation of the analyte concentration using the developed quadratic model
