SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to orthopedic methods and devices for treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal system. Method for treatment and prevention of longitudinal flat feet in children including massage of the inner part of the foot with supinator. The flat base of supinator is made with a contour edge in shape of foot and is equipped with rows of working protrusions placed on inner side of the flat base. Massage of the inner part of the foot is carried out in two stages, at least twice a day and at least two sessions from 5 to 30 minutes. At first stage, the inner part of the foot is massaged by working protrusions in form of cylinders with rounded ends. The height of cylinders with rounded ends is at least 3 mm higher than the height of working projections having the shape of cones with rounded tops. At second stage, the inner part of the foot is massaged by working projections in form of cones with rounded tops, which are staggered between working projections in form of cylinders with rounded ends.

EFFECT: treatment and prevention of flat feet development by reducing foot deformation with flat feet of the I-III degree, achieved by increasing the tone of muscles supporting the longitudinal arch of the foot.
