SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a flow measurement apparatus containing a measuring sensor with a pipeline for a fluid medium, two blocks of ultrasonic transducers on a phased array, distanced from each other in the longitudinal direction of the pipeline, configured to emit and receive ultrasonic signals at different angles, a control and processing unit for controlling the blocks of ultrasonic transducers, processing the received ultrasonic signals, and determining the flow using the time of passage of the ultrasonic signals in the measuring paths. The blocks of ultrasonic transducers determine among themselves, depending on the angle of the emitted ultrasonic signals, at least two measuring paths used to supply ultrasonic signals from one block of ultrasonic transducers to another block, and that at least one of the measuring paths has at least one reflection on the wall of a pipeline pipe, and path sections are determined by the reflection or reflections. The blocks of ultrasonic transducers are therein located at the installation angle formed by both connections between the transducers and the middle axis in the view in a longitudinal direction, ranging from 20° to 140°.
EFFECT: creation of an improved flow measurement apparatus used to achieve high measurement accuracy with good signal quality using cutting paths.
