SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the application of a compound of the formula (I), where Z and V are C or N, is an aromatic ring, where V is C or N and, when V is N, V is in meta- or para-position relatively to Z, i. e. forms a pyridine or pyrazine group, respectively; R is independently a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a methoxy group, a trifluoromethyl group, a trifluoromethoxy group, an amino group, a halogen atom and -O-P(=O)-(OR3)(OR4) group, and, in particular, a fluorine or chlorine atom, a trifluoromethoxy group and an amino group; Q is N or O provided that R'' is absent, when Q is O; R3 and R4 are independently a hydrogen atom; n and n' are equal to 1 or 2; R' is independently a halogen atom and, in particular, a fluorine or chlorine atom, an amino group, a methyl group, -O-P(=O)-(OR3)(OR4) group or group, where A is O or NH, m is equal to 2 or 3, and X1 is O, CH2 or N-CH3 provided that, when R' is such a group, n' is equal to 1 or 2, and, when n' is equal to 2, another R' group is different from the specified group, or, alternatively, R' is independently a halogen atom and, in particular, a fluorine or chlorine atom, a methyl group or group, where A is O or NH, m is equal to 2, and X1 is O, CH2 or N-CH3 provided that, when R' is such a group, n' is equal to 1 or 2, and, when n' is equal to 2, another R' group is different from the specified group; R'' is a hydrogen atom, (C1-C4)alkyl group or group, where m is equal to 2 or 3, and X1 is O, CH2 or N-CH3, for the treatment and/or prevention of an inflammatory disease selected from a list consisting of: inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, multiple sclerosis, osteoarthritis, psoriasis, asthma and inflammation caused by colon carcinoma. The invention also relates to a compound of the formula (Id), radical values are indicated in the formula of the invention, to specific quinoline derivatives and their application for the treatment of the above-mentioned diseases, as well as to a pharmaceutical composition based on specific compounds.

EFFECT: compounds are obtained increasing the regulation of miR-124 expression level and useful for the treatment and/or prevention of such inflammatory diseases as inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, multiple sclerosis, osteoarthritis, psoriasis, asthma and inflammation caused by colon carcinoma.
