FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering, in particular to microwave signal switches. The switch contains the first and second pin diodes, connected in series and in one direction, to the junction point of which the switch input is connected, and the switch outputs are connected to their external terminals, the third and fourth pin diodes, which are connected by the first terminals to the external terminals of the first and second pin diodes, and the second terminals - with the case, while the first and second pin diodes are connected to the third and fourth pin diodes with the same electrodes, the first and second inductances, which are connected to the connection points of the first and third, second and fourth pin diodes, and the second leads to the leads of the first and second capacitances, the second leads of the capacitors are connected to the case, to the connection point of the second lead of the first inductance and the first lead of the first capacitance the first resistance terminal is connected, and the second resistance terminal is connected to the connection point of the second terminal of the second inductance and the first terminal of the second capacitance.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the switch, increasing the operating microwave power level and improving its performance.
