FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in the present invention disclosed is a composition for skin tissue restoration using a non-toxic biocompatible polymer, and a method for production thereof. In accordance with the present invention, a composition for skin tissue restoration is proposed, containing a copolymer produced by polymerisation of a hydrophobic biocompatible polymer selected from a group containing polyglycolic acid, polycaprolactone, polylactic acid, polydioxanone, poly(trimethylene carbonate), polyhydroxybutyrate or copolymers thereof, and a hydrophilic biocompatible polymer selected from a group containing methoxypolyethylene glycol, dihydroxypolyethylene glycol, monoalkoxypolyethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol, wherein the composition is in a colloidal phase wherein the copolymer is dispersed in water.
EFFECT: composition according to the invention is non-toxic, safe when injected into a living body, and can be applied to restore the skin tissue of emergency patients.
