FIELD: composition for restoring skin tissue.
SUBSTANCE: composition for restoring skin tissue in the colloidal phase contains a copolymer in which a hydrophobic biocompatible polymer and a hydrophilic biocompatible polymer are polymerized and dispersed in water, where the composition is obtained by heating said copolymer dispersed in water to increase the viscosity of the colloidal phase; the concentration of the copolymer in the colloidal solution is more than 25 wt.% and not more than 50 wt.%; the hydrophobic biocompatible polymer is at least any polymer selected from the group consisting of polyglycolic acid, polycaprolactone, polylactic acid, polydioxanone, poly(trimethylene carbonate), polyhydroxybutyrate, and a copolymer comprised of the foregoing; the hydrophilic biocompatible polymer is at least any polymer selected from the group consisting of methoxy polyethylene glycol, dihydroxy polyethylene glycol, monoalkoxy polyethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol; hydrophilic biocompatible polymer is 100-50000 g/mol; hydrophobic biocompatible polymer is 500-70000 g/mol.
EFFECT: invention provides an effective product for skin tissue restoration.
