FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna equipment and can be used as a ground-based and aerial receiving/transmitting antenna with circular polarization in the VHF band; as an irradiator of a mirror parabolic antenna. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the antenna consists of two resonant annular antennas with annular cover plates, arranged coaxially on a metal screen, forming total and difference directivity patterns, respectively, wherein the phase centre of the antennas forming the total and difference directivity patterns is located at one point on the axis of symmetry of the irradiator, wherein a passive ring is located on the screen coaxially with said antennas, providing a low level of back emission, also placed on the screen are two quadrature bridges located one under another, at the outputs whereof signals are formed with a phase shift of 90°.
EFFECT: creation of a structurally simple monopulse antenna consisting of two annular resonant antennas and one passive ring, arranged coaxially.
