SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an apparatus for transferring the toner, transferring a toner, and to an apparatus for forming electrophotographic images, equipped with an apparatus for transferring the toner. The an apparatus for transferring the toner includes: a first transfer section for transferring the toner, wherein the first transfer section has a first screw which is rotating, and an element for forming a first transfer channel, forming a first transfer space so as to surround the first screw; and a second transfer section for transferring the toner upwards from the first transfer section, wherein the second transfer section has a second screw which is rotating, and an element for forming a second transfer channel, forming a second transfer space so as to surround the second screw, including a connecting section. The first transfer space includes a first area and a second area closer to the connecting section than the first area, and the cross-sectional area of the first transfer space is smaller in the second area than in the first area.
EFFECT: problem of increasing the efficiency of transfer of the toner on the distal side of the toner transfer is thus solved.
