SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. After the meniscus fractures are refreshed from outside to inside under the control of arthroscopy, a needle is inserted through the capsule above the meniscus femoral surface, through the lumen of which a monofilament suture is delivered, which is removed from the cavity of the joint through the anterior medial port. Node is formed on the monofilament suture, in which a braided suture is fixed. Braided suture is inserted into the joint by traction on the monofilament suture by pulling it through the meniscus onto an outer surface of the capsule. Actions are repeated and suturing the meniscus capsule and femoral surface. That is followed by traction on two stitched ends of the braided suture, lifting the free end of the meniscus to visualize the tibial surface of the meniscus. Actions are repeated similarly on lower tibial surface of meniscus. Vertical skin incision is made in the area of projection of threads output, through this skin incision nodes are fastened on the joint capsule, controlling meniscus reduction arthroscopically. Skin is closed.

EFFECT: method enables higher reliability of fixation of a damaged part of a meniscus by stabilizing tibial meniscus and femoral meniscus ligaments, as well as ease of making a meniscus suture in various types of meniscus ruptures in the anterior horn and meniscus body due to the possibility of carrying threads in all required directions.
