SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for polymerization catalyst supply and a continuous method for the polymerization catalyst delivery to a polymerization reactor. A catalyst recharge system is described, containing: a catalyst flow; a diluent flow; as well as a pre-contacting device containing two mixing stages arranged in series, wherein each of two mixing stages has a configuration of a continuous mixing case reactor, while the first stage of two mixing stages receives content including a catalyst obtained from the catalyst flow and a diluent obtained from the diluent flow, and the pre-contacting device is designed so that 70-100% of the content passes through two mixing stages during one duration of stay in the device, ranging from about 5 minutes to about 30 minutes.
EFFECT: creation of a technology and a preparation and supply system that exclude or reduce the traditionally used mixing and dilution of the catalyst upstream from the polymerization reactor or the pre-contacting device, thereby eliminating or reducing the need for traditionally used loading tanks, mixing tanks and working tanks; provide a more permanent contact of catalyst components in the pre-contact device upstream from the polymerization reactor; or fulfill both of these requirements.
