SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer, a method of its preparation, as well as a rubber composition comprising it. The modified conjugated diene polymer includes a unit derived from a modifier that is an amine-containing alkoxysilane compound containing three or more alkoxy groups bonded to silicon; a non-functional chain forming a silicon-carbon bond on one side of a unit derived from a modifier and including a repeating unit derived from a conjugated diene monomer; and a functional chain forming a silicon-carbon bond on the other side of a unit derived from the modifier and including two or more units derived from a monomer containing an N-functional group. The Mooney viscosity change rate is 20% or less.

EFFECT: resulting polymer has excellent filler affinity and excellent mechanical properties, and a rubber composition containing this polymer can exhibit excellent processability effects as well as tensile mechanical properties and viscoelastic properties, while improving abrasion resistance.
