SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer, a method of its preparation, as well as a rubber composition comprising it. The modified conjugated diene polymer includes a first chain containing a repeating unit derived from a conjugated diene monomer; a second chain containing a repeat unit derived from the compound represented by Formula 1 in which R1a-R1c each independently represents a hydrogen atom and R1d represents a single bond, or Formula 2 in which X1-X2 represents either CH2-CH2 or CH=CH, and X3-X4 represents either CH2-CH2, CH=N or N=N; and a unit derived from an alkoxysilane based modifier. The first chain and the second chain are connected by a link obtained from a modifier.

EFFECT: resulting polymer has excellent processability and good tensile strength and viscoelastic properties.
