FIELD: combusting and lubricating materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing equipment for filtering and restoring engine oil in the field. The device for the recovery of substandard engine oil in terms of the presence of mechanical impurities and water consists of an oil tank with a sealed lid. Inside the tank, a separator grid is rigidly fixed at an angle of 30°, along the cut of the lower edge of which, on the side wall, a tap is fixed, and a drain tap is fixed to the bottom. The tank is connected through a pipeline with a pump supplying engine oil at a pressure of P = 0.5-0.6 MPa to an oil-charging chamber made of low-pressure polyethylene, with a wall thickness of 3 mm. In the wall of the oil-charging chamber, a galvanic rod is fixed motionlessly, in a dielectric plug, connected through an electrical wire to a power source, through a pipeline with a mixing chamber made of low-pressure polyethylene, oval in shape. Inside the mixing chamber, a movable whisk is rigidly fixed, connected with an electric motor at one end. The device is equipped with filter-1 with a cell diameter of 15 microns, filter-2 with a cell diameter of 10 microns, as well as a tap.
EFFECT: intensification of the recovery process of substandard engine oil is ensured, based on the indicators of the presence of mechanical impurities and water in the field.
