The received data is analysed, and if pathological data is received on an electrocardiograph in the form of cardiac rhythm disorder, depolarisation, reduced blood oxygenation and peripheral circulation index, increased blood pressure in the form of a linear dependency, the threshold of anaerobic metabolism is set at the point of occurrence.

EFFECT: method provides a possibility of determining the threshold of anaerobic metabolism in athletes non-invasively and promptly.
