FIELD: wireless communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology for wireless communication and, in particular, to processing of a failure and handover. To realise the technical result, a first RRC configuration of a secondary network apparatus is directly received by the terminal apparatus from the secondary network apparatus; and when the first RRC configuration leads to a failure, a first indication information is sent by the terminal apparatus to the primary network apparatus in order to indicate that the first RRC configuration leads to a failure. The speed increases since the terminal apparatus can receive the RRC configuration directly from the secondary network apparatus. Also, when the first RRC configuration leads to a failure, the terminal communicates one part of the first indication information to the primary network apparatus in order to indicate that the first RRC configuration leads to a failure. Thus, the primary network apparatus can definitively determine, according to the received first indication information, that the first RRC configuration leads to a failure, and then can initiate a subsequent operation.

EFFECT: provided solution wherein the terminal accepts the RRC configuration of a secondary network apparatus and transmits the RRC configuration failure via feedback communication.
