FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method for propagation of plants of Belvalia Sarmatian B. sarmatica by in vitro culture, including sterilization of seeds, planting on nutrient media, reproduction of microbulbs, their subsequent rooting, adaptation of regenerated plants to ex vitro conditions. After adaptation to non-sterile conditions and growing, standard Sarmatian Belvalia seedlings with a closed root system are obtained.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a large amount of leveled environmentally friendly planting material.
