FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing L-lysine. A method for producing L-lysine is proposed, including cultivation of bacterium of Corynebacterium genus producing L-lysine in suitable medium. To cultivate the specified bacterium, a carbon source is used, containing α-D-glycose oligomers consisting of at least two glycose monomers connected with α-1-6-glycoside bond. The specified bacterium contains isolated polynucleotide encoding fused polypeptide containing an amino acid sequence corresponding to SEQ ID NO: 22, while the bacterium secretes polypeptide having α-1,6-glycoside activity encoded with the specified polynucleotide.
EFFECT: invention provides for the improvement of L-lysine yield.
