FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lysine-antimicrobial peptide (AMP) polypeptide constructs, and can be used in medicine for the treatment of infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria. What is proposed is a lysine-AMP polypeptide construct having antibacterial activity against a gram-negative bacterium, containing its pharmaceutical composition and combination, as well as its use for the treatment of a bacterial infection caused by gram-negative bacteria, to inhibit the growth or reduce the number or kill at least one type of gram-negative bacteria and to increase the therapeutic effect of the antibiotic. The proposed lysine-AMP polypeptide construct can be obtained by recombination.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining antibacterial agents capable of targeting P. aeruginosa MDR and other gram-negative bacteria, while maintaining activity in human blood matrices.
