SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for bone grafting of ungrown fractures of the inner ankle with the possibility of resynthesis after secondary displacement of fragments and migration of metal structures. The method includes repeated open reposition of fragments with the extraction of the screw fastening them, sawing the autograft from the tuberosity of the tibia. In this case, the autograft is ground along the diameter and length of the extracted screw and immersed in the bed, which is a channel left after the extracted screw. Additional fixation of the ankle to the tibia is carried out with two Kirschner wires carried through the ankle along the edges of the graft. At the same time, the ends of the wires are bent, trimmed off at a distance of 0.5-1.5 cm from the edge of the bone and sunk under the skin.

EFFECT: method provides favorable conditions for fracture consolidation due to the high osteogenic potential of the autograft from tibial tuberosity and additional fixation of the ankle to the tibia with Kirschner wire.
