FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for increasing the autologous antitumour activity of neutrophils in vitro in patients with oncological diseases includes isolation of cells from the venous blood, cultivation thereof in the conditions of a CO2incubator at 37°C in a nutrient medium at a concentration of cells of 1∙106 cells/ml, the new characteristic is that the incubation is conducted for 4 hours in an environment additionally containing 0.5 M glutamic acid and 48.5 mM glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate, wherein a solution of arginine is introduced into the medium 2 hours after the beginning of incubation at a final concentration of 2M.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of increasing the autologous antitumour activity of neutrophils in oncological diseases by metabolic activation of neutrophils in vitro.
