FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method of producing autologous dendritic cells, and can be used for cell immunotherapy of individuals with oncological diseases. To implement said method, monocytes are cultured in the presence of cytokines and lysate of autologous tumour cells for at least 7 days. At the same time on the membrane of activated dendritic cells in the incubation culture sodium glutamate is added to concentration of 5.34 mM - 10.25 mM and potassium pyruvate to concentration of 3.06 mM - 6.2 mM.

EFFECT: present invention enables to obtain autologous dendritic cells with high expression level of HLA-DR and co-stimulatory molecules CD80 and CD86 in oncological diseases.
